One of the most important bits about me is that I believe purposeful ignorance is one of the greatest sins that withholds us. When we all listen to each other, it gives us the chance to start a chain reaction of correction and perfection. You never know what someone else might be saying.
Therefore, it's very hard to get my feelings hurt. If an insult has meaning to it, then I'm glad I'm made aware so I can improve. Otherwise its meaningless and I can laugh at it.
While I have a very wide range of interests, the most saturated areas include writing fiction, [military] history, martial arts, psychology, and religion, about in that order. Recently, I've picked up singing.
I suffer from periods of "infornography", which is basically the addiction to information. Problem is that I don't retain massive amounts of it for more than several months but bits and pieces stick with me.
When I get overloaded with information, I will go to things more useless, like hobbies. I enjoy creating games (board games mostly), Photoshop, sketching, and random projects when my creative juices are flowing.
I also used to play lots of Warhammer 40,000 and was heavily interested in it. Still am but not so much at the moment.
